Chamomile is the most popular sleep aid
Most natural sleeping aids are of the herbal diversity and chamomile is one of the most commonly used. Chamomile is an herb that is often used as tea. For years, chamomile is considered as the most popular sleep aid to be used. Although no one is unable to identify how chamomile works but some speculate that is has a connections to a component of the tea knows as apipogen. Yet, there are few problems when using this because while it is not narcotic and not habit-forming as much as any type of tea is, it may cause allergic effect for people who are sensitive to daisies.
