Check your gums regularly to detect signs and symptoms of gum disease
Given that early gum disease are difficult to detect, it may have a problem without knowing it. Therefore, in consideration of each point, your examine your gums to detect symptoms of infection.
An examination of gums, point out the following sings as a gum infection,
Color change in gums
Red gums at the base of teeth
Gums bleed when you brush or each of flossing
Persistent bad breath
metallic taste in the mouth
Brilliant gums, swollen or painful
Sensitive teeth for no apparent reason
These are all good reasons to go see your dentist immediately. Gum disease is a major cause of tooth loss in adults. But, fortunately, gum disease can, in most cases be prevented or treated reversible in the early stages.
If gum disease are not addressed, could result gums constantly painful, red and boursoufflees, a painful infection called abscesses in the gingival crevice between teeth and gums or tooth loss.
Without sufficient gingival tissue and bone support to keep your teeth in place, the latter may become mobile and fall.
