Plenty of eating fatty acids
Fatty acids are found in fatty fish like salmon and tuna, and they really help improve the complexion. Even the addition of flaxseed oil to the diet may actually help improve your skin condition. One could add two tablespoons of flaxseed oil potatoes every day in order to obtain the recommended portion in the body.
Wear Sunday screen!
Some people simply do not follow the warnings to cover up the sun. Sunday damage is one of the most common cause of skin problems and can be caused by direct sunlight or sun beds. The only ray can help to prematurely age your skin and there is a high risk of skin cancer if not to protect yourself.
It is recommended to use a screen Sunday with a protection factor of at least 18, and if you have freckles and light skin, you should aim for one that is even higher. It is not a joke and any burning of the skin can damage skin and make it look older than what it actually is.
