Prevention of periodontal disease
Periodontal disease, along with the cavities, is the main cause of tooth loss, but it is a process that can be controlled, following a series of measures:
Removal of plaque through proper oral hygiene: brushing and dental floss.
Proper nutrition: nutritional deficiencies, such as vitamins, favoring the presence of periodontal problems.
