Recommendations for bad breath

Recommendations for bad breath:
To combat bad breath, the following is recommended:
     * When brushing your teeth, do not neglect their language it is covered with small hair-like projections, which under the microscope seem a forest of fungi. Under that layer, there is room to accommodate plate and remnants of food that can cause bad breath, hence the importance of brushing the tongue
     * Replace the toothbrush every month and using dental floss after brushing.
     * Avoid the following foods and beverages:
           or as Food, onion, garlic, pastrami, pepperoni, salami, cheese and tunas            or beverages such as beer, coffee, whiskey and wine, as they leave residues and stick to dental plaque.
           Food or who become easily between teeth as particularly sticky sweet.
     * Visit your dentist regularly and practice an oral buenahigiene.
     * Keep a toothbrush, since. If you brush immediately after food, certain odors can be eliminated. If you forgot to brush, you can go to the bathroom and make a hole of water stirring well inside your mouth so you can remove the smell of food
