Root canal treatment

Indications:
1. Pulp necrosis or gangrene.
2. Periapical chronic inflammation,
3. Pulp periodontal syndrome,
4. A systemic disease should not be pulling teeth and in need of treatment or temporarily retain those teeth.
Surgical methods and steps:
1. Root canal preparation: including open top pulp into the marrow, clearing necrotic tissue, expanding root canal, washing and measuring tooth length.
2. Root canal disinfection: commonly used drugs disinfection, aldehydes and phenols to the most commonly used.
3. Root canal: closure disinfection drug 3-5 days, such as asymptomatic, the Bank of root canal filling. Filling material used for solid and paste. Solid for the gutta, commonly used for the zinc oxide paste eugenol cement.
