So really you can neglect your toenails?
Toenails are by far one of the most neglected parts of our body. After all, they are almost never exposed so that they are almost never thought of. What harm could come to be possible when they are not exposed to something? Well, it turns out that much can happen to athletes foot for nail fungus, most of the people and find out the hard way!
The importance of Hygiene general Toenail:
There are many conditions that can affect our feet, which could be avoided through simple hygiene. Some common foot conditions include:
Growing toenails
Growing toenails can be extremely painful and uncomfortable. It occurs when the sides of the nail to grow into the skin beside them. While that is bad enough, the skin can often become infected and can require a very long time to heal. Some growing toenails can be treated only through surgery, so really it is better to try to avoid the requirement of form going before it gets to that!

There may also be yellow stripes across the nail. The fungus feeds on the keratin within the nail and spreads very fast. Once you've finished cutting your nails, use an emery board to smooth them down to the bottom using strokes. This will help stop any rough edges, which could potentially snag and tear off parts of the nail.
Try and wear properly fitted shoes that are neither too short nor too tight. Also, when washing your feet, make sure you are washing, as throughout the world between your fingers, under my toe nails, and then make sure you dry them thoroughly.
Finally, wear cotton socks is much better than nylon as absorb moisture and keep feet dryer. Mushroom feed off moist, warm areas and so sweaty feet are a refuge for them! Be sure to cover any cuts at the feet even as the fungus can get into the wound and infect.
Overall, the main cause of toenail problems is poor hygiene and not to keep their feet clean enough. If you notice that you are sweaty feet, be sure to wash once at home and dry thoroughly. You can never be too careful and that it is better to be safe than sorry!
