Softness back to your elbows and knees
When we want some arms and legs attractive, almost always forget the elbows and knees. We must not think that because they joints and be more movement in many parts of the body, they have to be battered. While it is true that it is usually rough due to the low temperatures of winter and the rubbing of clothes, just a few simple home remedies to restore their lost smoothness. Above all, the power of a warm shower is the basis for the wrinkled skin of these areas. Then comes the exfoliation to remove dead cells, mixing a spoonful of avocado (peanuts) crushed, half teaspoon of sea salt, preferably, very fine-grain and almond oil, respectively. This concentrate should be applied with massage circulars in the hard parts for 5 minutes, then clarified again with warm water. So that the skin can acquire the nutrients it needs and starts to regenerate, we have to throw moisturizer on your elbows and knees until it is absorbed. You can mix lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar, keeping them for 30 minutes in the damaged areas. The yogurt and slices of cantaloupe and watermelon are also very useful. These treatments should be applied at least once a week for the skin to hydrate properly and regain its natural softness and color in a short time. Of course, taking the precautions of the case, to avoid exposing it to sunlight immediately.
