Some guidelines to follow to combat the problem of bad breath

Some guidelines to follow to combat the problem of bad breath:
     * Brush your teeth in a proper manner after every meal.
     * Make a flossing to remove plaque and food debris. Also, brush the tongue, as it also reduces the halitosis.
     * If you use removable dentures, remove it every night and clean it properly.
     * Visit your dentist regularly to conduct reviews and dental cleanings.
     * If bad breath persists, see a specialist to conduct a dental examination and identify if there are more serious problems. Only he can determine if the bad breath comes from a gum disease, dry mouth or by bacterial plaque.
     * Maintain a diet rich in natural foods.
     * Eat plenty of water because it promotes salivation, which, in turn, eliminates the oral bacteria.
