The best way to avoid problems in your mouth is to prevent dental origin & exercise good oral hygine.
There are always healthy behaviors that foster dental health, as a varied diet, frequent and proper oral self care, avoiding harmful habits like smoking, and regular visits to the dentist to examine the mouth and teeth.
